Air Seychelles to Launch Direct Flights to Abu Dhabi in May 2025
Air Seychelles has announced it will launch direct flights from Seychelles International Airport (SEZ) to Abu Dhabi International Airport (AUH) from 24 May 2025.
The airline will operate six weekly flights, with daily services except on Thursdays out of Seychelles and Fridays out of Abu Dhabi, catering to the increasing demand from both leisure and business travelers.

We are excited for the launch and are looking forward to offer our esteemed guests yet another destination to explore. The UAE also remains a crucial inbound tourist market for the destination, and we believe that the conditions are now optimal for the national airline to re-enter and establish a strong presence” shares Charles Johnson, Chief Commercial Officer of Air Seychelles.

In addition to the direct flights, the Abu Dhabi route will be code-shared with Etihad Airways. This partnership will provide passengers traveling from Seychelles with convenient nighttime departures, allowing seamless connections onto the Etihad Airways network for flights to Europe, the USA, and Asia.
